How to save money by using a diesel generator

 When diesel generator sets are in use, they consume a large amount of diesel and cost a lot of money. To save fuel, we may consider using one or more diesel generators in parallel.

For instance, when the power requirement is only 100KW, we would use a 100KW diesel generator set. At this point, the fuel consumption is relatively low. When the load power exceeds 100KW, another diesel generator set can be added for power generation. Then, the two diesel generators can be connected in parallel, which can save diesel fuel.

However, in order to ensure that multiple diesel generators can be used in parallel, when purchasing these parallel-type diesel generators, the same model of parallel control units, such as DSE8610 or HGM9510, etc., should be used. The output circuit breakers should be in the form of ACB to ensure that the diesel generators can automatically start, automatically shut down, automatically parallelize, and automatically close the circuit.
